Only an email requesting a refund sent to englishchorcha.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of the purchase will be accepted as a genuine refund request, and you must provide the email address or phone number you used to register in the email.
After enrolling in the One-to-One English course, if you are not satisfied after attending three consecutive classes, we will refund the remaining amount, deducting the payment for those three classes.
Refunds shall be made to the bank, mobile financial services account, or card with which the purchase was made within 7 to 10 working days of the refund request being successfully processed and approved by English Chorcha. This confirmation will be sent to the user by email or direct phone call.
